Dette er historien om sædcella Simen, som bor i pungen til Jens. Simen skal ut på sitt livs oppdrag: Han er på jakt etter det største av alt. Det fantastiske egget. En tilsynelatende umulig oppgave for en liten fyr som ham.
Spermageddon er en spinnvill film fra Tommy Wirkola (Død snø, Violent Night, Kill Buljo) og Qvisten Animation's animasjonsmester Rasmus Sivertsen (Folk og Røvere i Kardemomme by, Hakkebakkeskogen, Helt Super) - i samme ånd som Sausage Party, Terkel i knipe og Rutete Ninja. Filmen ble spådd «garantert kultstatus» av The Hollywood Reporter etter verdenspremieren på den prestisjefylte animasjonsfestivalen i Annecy.
